Steve goes pokemon catching

Steve was out exploring the old dusty ruins in hopes of finding a cool pokemon to capture. Steve continued to walk when he ended up tripping on a rock. He then got up and dusted himself off. It was then he thought he saw a shadow.

A shuppet floated by Steve, only sparing him a cold glance, before slowly bobbing away. As it floated away, another Shuppet came behind it, this one floating around Steve's head in a taunting manner.

Maneki looked around at the shadow and saw that it was a shuppet floating around his head. Maneki saw this as a perfect chance to catch it. Maneki threw out his pokeball and sparky came out. Maneki said to sparky after jumping away form the shuppet "sparky quick use ember on the Shuppet." The ember attack was then launched at the shuppet.

OOC: You do realize that if the shuppet is near your head, and the attack was launched at the shuppet, that your head is at risk of being lit on fire right?

The shuppet elegantly and swiftly glided out of the way, before aiming a rapid shadow ball attack at the Cyndaquil.

Maneki yelled at sparky "sparky dodge and use smoke screen." Maneki then watched as sparky dodged and prepared to launch his attack.

Shuppet made no effort to move, and took the smoke screen. It handled it pretty well, seeing as it was used to the dark and this was barely different. It maneuvered through the smoke, and used Dark Void. There was a flash of darkness, and Cyndaquil would be lulled to sleep.

Steve said to sparky after seeing the suppet launch an attack "sparky dodge this way." Then he and Steve jumped back a couple of time dodging the attack just barley. Steve then said to sparky "sparky jump above the shuppet and use ember." Steve then watched sparky launch the attack.

The shuppet used another shadow ball to counter the attack. It then followed up with Astonish, hopefully putting Cyndaquil into a state of shock so that it would not be able to attack or move swiftly.

Steve watched as sparkys ember attack was countered by a shadow ball canceling each other out and then sparky was hit with an astonish. Steve watched as sparky became scared and was hardly able to move but still moved to Steve. Steve then watched as sparky faced the shuppet but was still unable to move.

As Cyndaquil was unable to move, the Shuppet sent another Shadow Ball at it.

Just in time Sparky stopped being scared and Steve said to him " Sparky quick counter the shadow ball with a ember and then follow up with a 2ed ember." Steve watched as the first ember canceled out the shadow ball and the 2ed one was on a straight course for the shuppet.

(I'd like to point out you can't dodge every single attack thrown at you. That should've been a hit on the Shuppet's part. :/)

Glaring, the shuppet moved out of the way of the flames. It then used another Dark Void attack to try and put the Cyndaquil to sleep.

Steve watched as a clear orb attack was heading for sparky. He said to sparky "sparky quick fire a ember attack." The ember was fired and went flying past the orb at the shuppet. Steve then watched as sparky was hit and it caused him to fall asleep.

Whatever the boy's pokemon thrown at the Shuppet it crashed into the ground with a wailing noise. Struggling to get up it slammed again into the ground

Steve threw a pokeball at the shuppet after seeing sparks attack hit it knocking it to the ground.

The pokeball would attach itself to the Shuppet's body. Abruptly sucking into it's endless black hole of mysteries. the ball then began to shake upon hitting the ground

Shuppet would suddenly erupt from the Pokeball and firing a Night Shade attack at the boy's Pokemon, Sparks.

Steve watched at the shuppet broke free of the pokeball and launched a lightning like move at sparky. He said to sparky "sparky dodge the move and jump over the shuppets head." Sparky dodged the attack and then jumped over the shuppet attempting to distract it.Steve then threw a pokeball at the shuppet.

the Pokeball again would suck the Shuppet up once again. Violently shaking on the ground.
